 Actually, I also think that it is more interesting when doing three-person yoga poses. Same as it has more benefits to it. such as it improves posture and helps to depression,  and also help to lose weights in your body. But, some of the yoga poses can be done on the chair. These yoga poses are especially targeted yoga poses for partners, beginners, non-flexible people, and poses for children.
